All local orders are shipped with NZ Post courier services. Customers will receive their tracking number via email shortly after their package has been picked up by NZ Post courier services. North Island shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days and South Island shipping time ranges from 2-4 business days.
Orders placed outside of New Zealand are shipped with NZ Post courier services, tracking numbers will be provided via email shortly after pick up. Please allow for an extra 3 business days for courier pick up on international orders as NZ Post courier services handle a significantly larger volume of shipments. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-14 business days upon receiving your tracking link.
A strict no-refund policy applies to all products unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description.
However, in some cases, an item/s can be returned for a store credit ONLY which can be used to purchase any other product available.
Any return request must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order.
